Pat Bev to the Lakers + SI.com golf writer and author Bob Harig

On today's episode, Jason kicks things off a few thoughts on the Los Angeles Lakers trade for Patrick Beverley. Given Pat Bev's rocky history with Russell Westbrook and the dearth of wings on the Lakers roster, this definitely feels like 'the move before the move'. Does this trade set the stage for a Westbrook-to-Indiana trade for Buddy Hield and Myles Turner? Things are getting exciting here in August! Later, Sports Illustrated golf writer and author Bob Harig swings by to discuss the PGA Tour’s expanded compensation model and what it means for the sport moving forward, why LIV Golf deserves credit for inspiring this monetary change but also blame for creating a divide which makes it unlikely we’ll ever see all the best players compete regularly in the same tournaments, how Cameron Smith’s impending deflection to LIV might affect the next generation of golf stars, why this ongoing competition between the PGA Tour and the LIV Golf is great for the sport, and much more!
