Danny Dimes is a Dumpster Fire, Thanksgiving NFL Best Bets + Boston Globe sports columnist Dan Shaughnessy

On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a quick thought on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' beatdown of the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is, in a word, terrible. It doesn't matter how many weapons the front office adds around him, he's never going to be a franchise quarterback... which makes it all the more baffling that J-Mac actually bet on New York to cover the spread against Tom Brady and the Bucs. In case you haven't figured it out by now, paralysis by analysis is a killer in the sports gambling world. Later, Boston Globe sports columnist Dan Shaughnessy swings by to promote his new book 'Wish it Lasted Forever' and discuss what it was like in the locker room and on the road with Larry Bird, Robert Parrish and Kevin McHale back in the day, how the role of the NBA media has changed so dramatically over the years, why he believes it's so important to the fans that reporters have access to players, why he's never really minded Bill Belichick's gruff personality with the media, and much more! Finally, Jason closes the show with way-too-early look edition of the Thanksgiving NFL Best Bets.
