Another Chargers Choke Job, NFL Wild Card Playoffs Preview + Former Alabama QB Greg McElroy

On today's episode, Jason and Producer Rob G kick things off with a deep dive into the Las Vegas Raiders' thrilling overtime victory over the Los Angeles Rams to clinch a spot in the postseason. Tip of the cap to Derek Carr and the Raiders who navigated an extremely tumultuous regular season to get to the playoffs, but let’s be real here, the Chargers choked that game away. Head coach Brandon Staley made two boneheaded decisions (Going for it on 4th down in third quarter and then inexplicably calling a timeout in overtime when the Raiders were content going for the tie) that ultimately cost his team a playoff berth. Staley deserves all of the criticism he's going to be getting on Monday. Later, the guys to a quick lookahead at all of the NFL Playoff matchups and tell us which underdogs are most likely to pull an upset during Wild Card weekend. Finally, former University of Alabama quarterback and WJOX Birmingham radio host Greg McElroy swings by to preview the College Football Playoff national championship between Alabama and Georgia, discuss what it was like quarterbacking the Crimson Tide to a national title under Nick Saban, share his thoughts on the pros and cons of Name Image and Likeness in college football - including how former Oklahoma quarterback Caleb Williams is working the system, and much more!
