1 Year Removed from the Kobe Bryant Tragedy & NFL Network reporter Jim Trotter

On today's episode, Jason and Producer Rob take a moment to pay their respects to the late, great Kobe Bryant on the one year anniversary of his death. Everyone remembers exactly where they were when they got the news. It was a devastating moment not just for Lakers fans, but sports fans across the globe. Later, NFL Network reporter Jim Trotter swings by to discuss the development of his new podcast 'Huddle & Flow', the underreported storylines surrounding the upcoming Super Bowl matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots, why Todd Bowles hasn't really been considered for another head coaching job despite running one of the hottest defenses in the NFL, why he believes NFL owners have done a poor job hiring minority coaches, why general managers and team presidents deserve a lot more blame for the lack of diversity in the head coaching ranks, the harsh realities that minority coaches face even after they do get the elusive head coaching jobs, why it's so embarrassing that Eric Bieniemy hasn't been able to land a head coaching offer, what he thoughts about the Josh McCown coaching rumors and why he thinks the Houston Texans job isn't a good gig at all, and much more!
