Constellation-Alphabet Deal; OPCH Jumps; Nike Downgrade

Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market.
On this episode of Stock Movers:
- Constellation Energy (CEG) shares are higher on news Google and Constellation Energy announced a long-term deal to bring 890 MW of new nuclear capacity on the PJM grid in Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Option Care Health (OPCH) shares jumped after the Financial Times reports that McKesson and PE firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice are closing in on a deal to buy the provider of medical infusion services, that would value the business at more than $5b including debt.
- Seagate Technology Holdings (STX) shares are moving on news it and Toshiba are competing to acquire TDK Corp.'s magnetic-heads business for hard-disk drives. A deal would give the winner more pricing power and could limit the ability of its rivals to ramp up output in the increasingly important AI data center landscape.
- Nike (NKE) is moving on after it was downgraded to sell from hold at Berenberg, which sees another 19% downside for the shares amid challenges with its position in the sportswear market and in China.
