Unapologetically Black Cross Stitch with Miasa Osbey

Miasa Osbey is Stitching in Color on Instagram. With this bright declaration, Miasa uses cross stitch to create Black loving and Black affirming pieces that will tell a story long after she's completed the project. She uses her craft as way to create a tangible, meaningful, and handmade legacy. At a young age, bereavement fuelled her desire for those ancestral traces found in handmade things. Now she is making her own.
