Ukraine: Coerced into a corner?

It's reported that Ukraine is right now facing intense diplomatic pressure and coercion from the Trump administration to end the war quickly.

US President Donald Trump has announced an effective oil deal with Russia by temporarily lifting sanctions on diesel, telling Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to immediately stop attacking Russian refineries. According to the FT, when the Ukrainian negotiating team met with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner on Friday, they were told that intelligence assistance would be cut off if the attacks didn't stop.

How much have the last 48 hours affected the state of the war, and what position is Europe in now? The EU says the diesel deal means more revenue and effective backing for Moscow, undermining Europe's long-running sanctions and efforts to isolate Vladimir Putin.
