Northeast Conference (NEC) Preview | The College Experience: Basketball (Ep. 1161)

The College Basketball Experience (@TCEonSGPN) on the Sports Gambling Podcast break down all 32 conference previews in College Basketball. Ryan McIntyre (@Moneyline_Mac), Noah Bieniek (@NoahB77_), and Matthew Dewoskin (@CannabisCapper) go team by team in the NEC and predict who will finish at the top of the league.

The trio previews the 2026-27 Northeast Conference (NEC), recapping LIU’s 2025-26 title run under Rod Strickland, including a 79-70 NEC Tournament win over Mercyhurst and an NCAA loss to Arizona, while also noting Saint Francis’ move to Division II, plus Wagner naming Dwan McMillan head coach.

Mac, Noah, and Cap discuss league parity, dead-bid eligibility issues for transitioning programs, and identify "Stock Down" and "Stock Up" teams. They debate projected standings among Mercyhurst, Central Connecticut, Le Moyne, Chicago State, Fairleigh Dickinson, Stonehill, Wagner, and New Haven, plus tournament, coach, and player-of-the-year projections amid roster uncertainty.
