The Combine, LSU, and a new way to talk about ageism in coaching

A content note: Our discussion of LSU, running from about the 21:25 to 36:48 mark of this episode, includes discussion of allegations of sexual misconduct. In this episode, Richard talks about the evolving experience of the NFL Combine, which we consider to be a joint college football/NFL venture. Godfrey explains how LSU's disjointed coaching search and a new allegation against an assistant amount to a series of related errors. Alex posits a theory about ageism in coaching hires, in response to a rousing round of, "Is this FBS head coach older than Steven Godfrey?" Our Patreon is at splitzoneduo.com.
