Following the death of Marilyn Lovell at the age of 93 last week, we wanted to talk about what it must have been like to be the wife of an astronaut in the Apollo era, so we asked Jessica Carr, daughter of Jerry and Joann Carr, and Bruce McCandless III, son of Bruce and Bernice McCandless to talk about their mothers experiences and to ask what it was like living in Houston in an astro house in the 1960s.
