30: Hello, Michael Kopech

Guest: Alex Call, Birmingham Barons The Rundown: Michael Kopech has been called up by the Chicago White Sox (finally). We discuss what fans should expect from Kopech, guess how Hahn will shuffle the roster to fit Kopech, and how Eloy Jimenez will join Kopech in Chicago. Rick Renteria is not having a good week after benching Avisail Garcia for not hustling hard enough, and requiring Adam Engel to bunt with two strikes. Have these tendencies changed our mind about Renteria moving forward? Our guest this week is Alex Call. He shares his journey bouncing back from injury in 2017, what has been different for him this season, and how launch angle/exit velocity helps him improve. Finally, we answer your questions in P.O. Sox. Presented by SeatGeek and RXBar Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
