Sindane dodges Madlanga Commission?

Has taxi-boss and Sibanyoni-associate, Bafana Sindane, dodged the Madlanga Commission? Sindane's legal representatives applied for a postponement at the Commission, citing medical reasons and a "spiritual seclusion" as reasons that necessitated the postponement.
