The US National Weather Service, Flagstaff, AZ, shared a little info as to what has happened and some stats so far this year. What's Up: A strong and persistent trough over the West Coast, which has kept most of Arizona under dry southwesterly winds, pushing monsoon moisture (and storms) well to our east.
