Prescott Airport Invites Public Comments at Open Houses

Send us a text and chime in! Citizens are invited to two scheduled open house meetings on the proposed Shift of the Commercial Runway (3R-21L). The meetings will take place June 25 and 26, from 4 to 7 pm at the City of Prescott Centennial Center located on 1989 Wineglass Dr in Prescott. Airport staff invite citizens to learn more and share their feedback about this exciting new project. The proposal is to shift Runway 3R/21L to the northeast by approximately 1,000 linear feet. This would relocate (shift) runway 3R/21L further east from highway SR89. The proposed shift would relocate the existing departure end of the runway...
