New York Remix: Mamdani’s New Crew, Nassau’s Security Glue, and James & Comey's Legal Zoo | 11-25-25

On this Tuesday edition of Sid & Friends in the Morning, Sid covers the transition plans of Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, who has recruited 400 New Yorkers to advise on policy and appointments, emphasizing new ideas and addressing stagnant governance. There is a focus on key areas such as housing, transportation, and public safety, as well as new committees on worker justice and community organizing. Nassau County’s measures to maintain safety and criticism of New York State policies are highlighted thanks to County Executive Bruce Blakeman. Additionally, a federal judge ruled that charges against James Comey and Letitia James were dismissed due to the illegal appointment of the prosecutor. Bo Dietl, Brian Kilmeade, Inna Vernikov, Joe Tacopina, Leo Terrell & Vickie Paladino join Sid on this Tuesday morning installment of Sid & Friends in the Morning. Learn more about your ad choices.
