Speaker of the House Mike Johnson calls into the program to discuss his support for President Trump, his stance on Israel, and his efforts to combat antisemitism. He addresses the impact of the October 7th Hamas attacks on Israelis and the current protests against Israel. Johnson also talks about the political implications of New York's potential next Mayor, Zohran Mamdani, whom he describes as a Marxist and a threat to the city. The conversation shifts to the government shutdown, blaming Democrats, particularly Chuck Schumer, for using it as a tactic against Trump and Republican priorities. Johnson emphasizes the need for a clean continuing resolution (CR) to keep the government functioning and criticizes Schumer's demands for additional spending and benefits for illegal immigrants.
