Erica has been part of the Northwest Arkansas music scene since she moved here in 2010. From attending shows and selling merch for local bands to coordinating and organizing music festivals across the region, she has spent the last 15 years learning every facet of music events and festivals. She now runs her own business, Shine On Event Management, where she consults and coordinates live music events.
