Texans Training Camp Breakdown with ESPN’s DJ Bien-Aime
We were joined by ESPN’s DJ Bien-Aime to break down his observations from Texans training camp. DJ shared why he’s now higher on the offensive line than before, believing they can be a middle-of-the-pack unit, and explained how and why he thinks the defense can be the best in the league. We talked about his observations of the Nick Caley offense so far, including personnel usage, overall operations, and C.J. Stroud having more control at the line of scrimmage. We also discussed injury updates on Joe Mixon, C.J. Gardner-Johnson, Christian Harris, and Dameon Pierce’s return. DJ described what he saw when Brevin Jordan got hurt, his take on the fallout from reactions to C.J. Stroud on Twitter, and clarified what his tweet meant after some fans may have misinterpreted it.
