Seattle's holiday arts lineup is sleigh-ing

December is here. Cue the holiday shows! Sure, the Nutcracker from Pacific Northwest Ballet is a classic, but here in Seattle we spike our traditions with holiday bonsai trees and drag shows. Chase Burns is here to help us sort through all the theater, film, and live music coming our way. He’s editor of The Ticket.

Chase's holiday recommendations:

A Christmas Carol at ACT Theater

Black Nativity at Intiman Theater

Linus and Juicy at The Cornish Playhouse

The Dina Martina Christmas Show at Act Theater

Jingle All the Gay at Neptune Theater

Female Trouble and It's a Wonderful Life at the Grand Illusion

Moulin Rouge at SIFF Cinema Uptown

Winter Bonsai Solstice at Pacific Bonsai Museum
