PNW Prop Stars: Is Geno Smith a good bet as the Seahawks Week 1 starter?

It's the inaugural episode of PNW Prop Stars! While nobody likes to bet on their favorite team to lose, there are some bets that can make sense based on how well you know the team you watch the most. In this episode, Clinton, Adam and Wilson discuss whether it's worth taking a shot on Pete Carroll as a longshot coach of the year candidate. Should you hammer the over on Rashaad Penny's rushing yard considering his history with injuries?

Once the regular season hits, there will be prop bets to discuss for the upcoming game. Against the Steelers though, the spread or the money line are about the extent of the options for Saturday. Wilson already is making a case for one scenario where you may want to bet against your own team. Is that okay as long as it's just the preseason? There may be some disagreement there, but everyone has a strong case for who to bet on as the Week 1 starter.
