Before discussing who is returning, we talk about how wide receiver contracts around the NFL are sparking sticker shock. Seattle's biggest wins come in-house: Rashid Shaheed re-signs on a three-year deal and, most notably, Josh Jobe returns on a contract that appears to be a steal for the production he provides.
