Julie Hittleman Returns: GLP-1s, AI Doctors, and Teaching Her Chat GPT to Fight Her

Hi, I'm Connor with Honor - message me here!

Julie Hittleman is back. Her first episode was her own story: 265 pounds, a doctor who told her she was a hamburger shy of a heart attack, 120 pounds released. This time she turns outward: her real professional opinion on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic after 25 years as a nurse who taught diabetics to use them years before they went mainstream, how she actually trains brand new health coaches, why she makes her own AI assistant argue with her instead of flatter her, and her new podcast, Broads Over 50.
