Halle Berry Loses Physical Custody Of Son To Ex Oliver Martinez

A judge ruled that Oscar winning actress Halle Berry will remain without primary custody of her 13-year-old son, Maceo. The judgement comes after a nearly two week hearing that included six hours of testimony by Maceo. The judge did, however dismiss Martinez’s request for a domestic violence restraining order against Berry after he accused her of physically abusing their son in September.  Berry’s daughter, 18-year-old Nahla Aubry defended her mother, accusing Martinez of being on "quest to destroy my mom" and said she is "heartbroken" to see Maceo "become the subject of a public dispute that he may not fully understand."
