EP.841 Mass Deception Part 1: The Rise of a One-World Religion

In the premiere episode of the series "Mass Deception, the Antichrist Plan for the Church," host Jeff Shepherd examines the emerging advance toward a one-world religion. Shepherd lays out his theological perspective and walks listeners through how various belief systems — including Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, and occult practices — increasingly share a common promise: the idea that humanity can become God-like and is waiting for a coming leader. He connects modern spiritual language (ascension, higher consciousness, third eye, crown activation) to the ancient serpent spirit (kundalini) and shows how those themes echo Lucifer’s boast in Isaiah 14. The episode reviews key biblical texts and ministry principles (Ephesians 4:11–12; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11; Matthew 9:37–38; Matthew 24:4–5) and explains how Satan imitates genuine gifts and miracles to create confusion inside the church. Shepard shares a personal correction of earlier teachings about a massive end-time harvest and explains why a careful reading of Scripture points to a great falling away instead. He demonstrates how the enemy mixes truth with subtle lies, using counterfeit spiritual language to draw believers toward a unified, deceptive platform. Listeners will hear practical exhortation: test everything against Scripture, adopt a Berean mindset, and discern spirit-led gifts from counterfeit manifestations. The episode warns that many sincere Christians are unknowingly helping build the platform for a one-world faith by adopting its language and ideas, and it urges vigilance so believers will not be misled into unity with deceptive forces. Shepard closes with a preview of the next message, promising a deeper look into how mass deception is unfolding inside the church and practical steps to stand firm in the truth.
