Working with ADHD was a huge struggle for me for a long time. I was trying to keep up at work, dealing with other mental health issues, and burning out over and over again in the process. Joy Valerie Carrera is a first-generation Guatemalan American, multi-passionate digital entrepreneur, nomad, coach, and proud ADHDer. She is a content creator, podcaster, digital business operations consultant, course creator, and co-founder of the Breakthrough to Soar ADHD Group Coaching Program. She primarily works with impact-driven BIPOC & neurodivergent ADHD individuals to unlock their strengths, leverage modern technology, break down their wildest dreams into actionable steps, and create systems to make them a reality through her Build with Joy 1-on-1 Business & Life Coaching programs.
