Louis Myles, director of Kaiser: The Greatest Footballer Never to Play Football, a Prime Video documentary which delves into the astonishing true story of Carlos Henrique Raposo, better known as "Kaiser." Despite lacking the skills to play professional football, Kaiser managed to sustain a career spanning over two decades by cleverly deceiving clubs and the media. He signed with numerous teams, including prominent Brazilian clubs, yet remarkably never played in an official match. His tactics included feigning injuries, orchestrating fake phone calls, and leveraging relationships with journalists and fellow players to maintain his facade. Kaiser's charm and cunning allowed him to live the lavish lifestyle of a football star, earning him the nickname "King of Rio.” Reality Life with Kate Casey What to Watch List: https://katecasey.substack.com Patreon: http://www.patreon.com/katecasey Twitter: https://twitter.com/katecasey Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/katecaseyca Tik Tok: http://www.tiktok.com/itskatecasey Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/113157919338245 Amazon List: https://www.amazon.com/shop/katecasey Like it to Know It: https://www.shopltk.com/explore/katecasey See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
