The Wrong Place to Get Lost | Real Ghost Stories CLASSIC

Newly stationed in San Diego, a young sailor pulled into a cemetery to figure out where he was. He was unfamiliar with the area, distracted by his phone, and thinking about directions when a boy caught his attention. Regular clothes. Dark hair. A face turned directly toward him as he moved past the graves. Then came a powerful chemical smell that made it difficult to stay where he was.

A woman nearby looked toward the child and went pale.

She wanted him back in his car immediately. He was still trying to explain that he was lost, but she was focused on something far more urgent. The boy was getting closer, and she had noticed something he hadn’t.

What had she seen that made her so certain the figure approaching them wasn’t a child at all?
