She Was Still Sitting in Her Favorite Seat | After Midnight

They had never been inside the old restored theater before and knew nothing about its history. It was supposed to be a simple date night—dinner, a show, and a rare evening out together.

But before the performance even began, they noticed an older woman sitting in one of their assigned seats. A few seconds later, she was gone.

They tried to dismiss it as confusion in a crowded theater. Then, during the performance, something began happening around that same seat that made the strange encounter much harder to explain.

By the end of the night, they would learn there was something about that particular section of the theater they had never been told. And they weren’t the first people to notice it.
