He Sent His Shadow Man to Watch Her | Real Ghost Stories CLASSIC

When she was sixteen, her boyfriend told her something strange: a shadow man had been with him since infancy.

It was unsettling, but it was also his story—not hers.

Until she woke one night and found a dark figure at the foot of her bed. When she told her boyfriend what she'd seen, his response was even more disturbing than the encounter itself. He knew exactly what it was. In fact, he claimed he'd sent it to watch over her.

And according to him, there was no sending it back. Long after their relationship ended, she continued catching glimpses of the figure. Then another woman who dated him began seeing a shadow man too.

Was this really some kind of supernatural protector attached to him? And if it was, why didn't it treat everyone it followed the same way?
