Handprints from the Dead: The Child Spirit That Wouldn’t Let Go | Real Ghost Stories CLASSIC!

When Casey from Dallas, Texas was a child, her mother woke up night after night with small handprints and bruises on her legs — the size of a child’s. As Casey grew older, those same marks began to appear on her arms and legs, even after moving to a new house. The activity didn’t stop — it followed them. One night, her parents watched a young girl in a white nightgown drift down the hallway and walk straight into the wall. The next morning, every child in the house had been sound asleep.

Years later, the strange presence resurfaced where Casey least expected it — her job at Wendy’s. Late nights brought whispers, shadows moving across the dining room, and footsteps echoing through locked doors.

Was this the same entity that tormented her as a child? Or had she simply attracted something darker along the way? From a child spirit that never grew up to a restaurant that never truly closes, this is one haunting that proves some ghosts never leave — they just find new places to play.
