Hi, I'm Kathy Fettke and this is Real Estate News for Investors. For all you real estate investors out there, we are focusing on portfolio rebalancing this month with a series of free webinars. We had one on August 8th that will talk about cash-out refi's, HELOCs, and the 1031 exchange as ways to leverage your existing equity. We will have a Q&A so bring your questions, but you need to pre-register at newsforinvestors.com. If you're not a member, sign up for free, login, and go to the upcoming events tab. The webinar will be recorded and you can login to the investor portal to watch the replay.
