#70: This Book Changed How I Think & Live

Think you're doing all the work but still stuck? This episode might explain why. Hilary breaks down the book that changed everything for her — and no, it wasn’t a psychology textbook, a trauma certification, or another high-ticket coaching program. It was an 85-page book from 1910: The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles. It’s not about money. It’s about mastering your mind, and understanding how your thoughts are either creating what you want... or reinforcing what you don’t. Episode Highlights: Why therapy, mindset work, and affirmations didn’t create lasting change What “thinking truth regardless of appearances” really means (and why it’s so hard) How to stop being a passive observer of your life and start becoming the architect The real reason action without belief keeps you stuck Why making the most of yourself is not selfish — it’s your responsibility Episode Breakdown: [00:00] The Science of Getting Rich: What You’ve Been Missing [01:14] Hilary’s Journey With the Book That Changed Everything [03:54] How Your Thoughts Become Your Life [05:52] Why Belief Must Come Before Proof [07:27] Embodying the Version of You Who Has It [08:41] Why Personal Growth Is Non-Negotiable [11:10] Your Mind Is Your Greatest Asset [12:14] Learn More + Work With Hilary This is the episode to press play on if you’ve been “doing the work” but not seeing the results. 🔗 Resources: – Apply for Ready for Love: https://readyforloveinc.com/program/ – Watch the free masterclass: https://readyforloveinc.com/ – You’ll also enjoy Listening To: How I Changed My Brain in 90 Days – Read the book: The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles
