Head of the government delegation at the Nairobi Tumaini Peace Initiative reassures that 'this will be the last time the people of South Sudan are negotiating peace outside their country.' In a statement on Friday, Special Envoy Albino Mathom Ayuel said the country's leaders are 'ready and willing to change' in the interest of peace.
