Gurnam Bhullar joins host Balkirat Aulakh on Radio Haanji 1674 AM for a candid conversation about Ishqan De Lekhe, the newly released Punjabi romantic drama that he both acted in and produced. Gurnam talks about what it meant to carry the dual responsibility of actor and producer, the decision to cast Isha Malviya in her Punjabi film debut, and why the social message embedded in the love story was non-negotiable. He also speaks about the film’s international reception and what the diaspora response — including from Australia — means to him. This is the interview behind the film.
