The Month of Menachem Av [Short & Sweet Inspiration]

Ever wondered why the month of Av holds a unique place in the Jewish calendar? Let us take you on a journey through its profound significance, starting with why it's known as Menachem Av. This reflects the comfort and consolation we draw from realizing Hashem's presence during times of tragedy. We'll also uncover the customs observed during the nine days leading up to the 9th of Av, including refraining from eating meat, drinking wine, and avoiding risky activities. The zodiac's role, specifically Leo, and its fascinating connection to Mashiach and his appointment on the 9th of Av will also be unveiled.

In this episode (#207) of the Jewish Inspiration Podcast, Rabbi Aryeh Wolbe shares a a few short & sweet idea of inspiration on this powerful month of Av. Dedicated in Honor of David & Susan Marbin!
