Khris Riddick-Tynes
Grammy-winning producer and songwriter Khris Riddick-Tynes joins the R&B Money Podcast to break down the craft, relationships, and creative decisions behind some of modern R&B’s biggest records. As one-half of The Rascals alongside Leon Thomas, Khris has built an extensive catalog working with artists including Ariana Grande, Kehlani, SZA, Chris Brown, Toni Braxton, Zendaya, Rick Ross, Drake and more. Khris takes us inside the creative process behind records like Ariana Grande’s “Honeymoon Avenue” and “Tattooed Heart,” SZA’s “Snooze,” Rick Ross and Drake’s “Gold Roses,” and his extensive work with Kehlani. He also breaks down his evolution from producer and songwriter to taking on a larger role in shaping entire projects, including executive producing Kehlani’s self-titled album, and what it takes to build the trust necessary to help an artist bring their vision to life.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
