Episode 127. Protect Mental Health and Prioritize Self-Care

This is the second part of Gabrielle’s session. If you haven’t already heard part one, you may want to go back and listen to Episode 126.

Gabrielle is a business owner recovering from a hysterectomy and now that her healing is nearly done, she wants to be able to create a more financially lucrative business.

She has a dog treat business and an overnight pet sitting business. And, though she is passionate about expanding and growing her business in new ways, she also wants to protect her mental health in the process and not burn herself out.

This second part of Gabrielle’s session went in a direction both of us did not see coming. That’s one of the experiences I love most about coaching – when both the client I’m working with and I can get out of the way and be open to where the session wants to take us, empowering change can occur.
