Graphene Manufacturing Group CEO on hitting 1,000 cycles with six-minute charging

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) managing director and CEO Craig Nicol spoke with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about new battery test results, including 1,000 cycles without performance loss and six-minute charging. The tests showed a 48% increase in energy density to 58 Wh/kg and 94% energy efficiency. Nicol discussed the potential advantages over lithium titanate batteries, while noting that scaling up production remains a key challenge. Speaking from The Battery Show North America in Detroit, Nicol outlined plans to supply cells to potential customers for testing, expand manufacturing partnerships and advance commercialisation.
