215: Futurama w/ Mike Natale

Mike Natale returns to the podcast to talk about the state of adult cartoons in the 90s with FUTURAMA!
We discuss the show as a whole, through the lens of the first two episodes. Mike breaks down why the existentialism of this show makes it work, while also commenting on it's relationship to Matt Groening and other cartoons of the time. Phil is forced to reckon with the subpar pilot that doesn't fall in line with the typical pilot structure.
