This episode pairs well with Oktoberfest beers, so grab a cold one and join us! On the morning of February 9, 1960, Coors disappeared while driving to work, sparking one of the largest FBI manhunts in U.S. history. Ad Coors, the grandson of the famous brewer (yes that Coors!), was on his way to work when he suddenly vanished in the mountains near Golden, Colorado. We uncover the shocking true crime story of Adolf Coors III, heir to the Coors brewing fortune, who was kidnapped and murdered in 1960 by Joseph Corbett Jr., an escaped convict. The chilling crime, involved ransom demands, flamboyant cars, and a nationwide search. We dive deep into how Joseph Corbett Jr., a convicted killer, ‘meticulously’ planned the abduction, only for it to spiral into tragedy. From ransom notes to the discovery of Coors’ remains near Pike's Peak, this case left a lasting impact on both the Coors family and American crime history.

Join us as we explore the mystery, investigation, and manhunt that ultimately brought Corbett to justice, and how the legacy of the Coors brewing empire intertwined with this dark chapter of true crime.
