Can Phoenix Suns EXPLOIT Trail Blazers' Defensive FLAWS, Or Is Lillard-Morant Pairing TOO GOOD?
Will the Phoenix Suns be able to take advantage of the new-look Portland Trail Blazers' defensive weaknesses? Or will the boost provided by the new backcourt pairing of Ja Morant and Damian Lillard be too much to deal with? PHNX Suns is joined by Jason Quick, senior writer for The Athletic, to discuss the opening-night matchup. Quick, who is entering his 29th season covering the franchise, discusses preseason returns from Portland and how it is a much different team than the one Phoenix faced in the Play-In Tournament.
