INSTANT REACTION To Phoenix Suns drafting Koa Peat

Day 1 of the NBA Draft did not disappoint, and the Phoenix Suns joined the party right at the buzzer. As Round 1 wound down, the Suns traded up for the 30th pick, which was used to take Arizona's Koa Peat, a local star and product of Gilbert's Perry High School.

PHNX Suns reacted to the Suns' seismic move to bring in the 2025 McDonald's All-American, who earned Third Team All-Big 12 and Big 12 All-Freshman Team honors during his lone season with the Wildcats. What does Peat bring to the Suns? And how good of a deal was it to acquire a pick to take him?

In addition to reaction to the Peat pick, the crew reacted to the previous 29 picks and moves that were made throughout the night, headlined by the top three selections of AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson and Cameron Boozer.
