BREAKING: D-backs to RECALL 1B Tyler Locklear from Triple-A Reno In Latest Attempt to FIX First Base

The Arizona Diamondbacks have finally made a move to fix first base. Per Nick Piecoro, the D-backs are recalling Tyler Locklear from Triple-A Reno in hopes of fixing one of the team's biggest weaknesses at first base. We break down why the D-backs made the decision now, what Locklear accomplished in Reno, what he can realistically provide at the major league level, and whether he has what it takes to hold down the position for the rest of the season as Arizona continues its playoff push. We also preview a crucial series against the St. Louis Cardinals and what the Diamondbacks need to do to keep their momentum rolling against another National League contender. With the trade deadline rapidly approaching, every game matters, and this series could have major implications for Arizona's postseason hopes.

Plus, it's Big Brothers Big Sisters Day AND Throwback Thursday! We'll take a trip down memory lane with one of our favorite moments in Diamondbacks history and raise money for an amazing cause!
