PHLY Flyers Podcast | Flyers post-mortem: John Tortorella, state of the rebuild, & what’s next for Philly?

The Flyers season ended on Tuesday night when the Montreal Canadiens iced the puck with 7 seconds left, allowing Shayne Gostisbehere’s Detroit Red Wings to tie up their game, sending it to overtime and ending Philly’s chances of making the postseason. Losing to Washington was just adding insult to injury for a team that spent nearly 4 months in a playoff spot. Charlie, Kelly & Bill take a look back at the last few nights of the Flyers season, the 8-game losing streak, as well as some of the brighter spots (Sam Ersson’s bounce back, Tyson Foerster’s development) before turning the page on 2023-24.
