Laura Muir and the Return of the Pain Cave

This week's title sounds like a horror film but don't worry, it's not a spooky Halloween themed episode! Instead, Paula and Thommo have a fantastic chat with the inspirational Laura Muir - 1500m Legend - Olympic Silver medallist, World bronze medallist and the joint record holder for holding the most gold medals at European indoor Championships! Laura talks about dealing with nerves and her tricks for entering the dark places of running pain! Plus, can she see herself ever fancying running a marathon? We talk about how there must be something in the Scottish water with all their athletics success, whether Femke Bol will succeed as she changes distances and running marathons with your dog! She is a qualified vet you know.... We've got the Honours Board and our sponsor for it is HIGH5 – the sports nutrition specialists helping people get the most out of their training and races. They want to give you goodies so please get in touch with your nominations.
