Hello my Smilie’s, I want this episode to inspire you to do a little ritual for yourself, made up of whatever spiritual/self development practices are right for you. On March 20, which happened to be the Equinox in the Astrological world, I did the most healing, magical ritual and in this episode I share with you exactly what I did. I was so excited because this ritual was not only healing for me, it brought so much clarity, peace and enlightenment, and it reminded me of the power that we humans hold! We are constantly looking elsewhere, outside of ourselves for answers, guidance and direction ~ but the answers are already within you. And you have access to them now. One thing I did which I think is really important - is I released the pressure. I was not doing this ritual with a goal of feeling completely healed, I wasn’t aiming for closure, or perfection, I was just doing it to experience and allow myself some ‘spiritual’ me time. It’s amazing what can happen when you release the pressure.
