135 | Redeem Your Time: A Faith-Based Audit for Overwhelmed Moms

You want to declutter and organize your home and your life but your days feel rushed, your schedule overstuffed, and you’re constantly saying “I don’t have time". It’s time to pause and take inventory. This week, I am inviting you to slow down and redeem your time — not by doing more, but by examining how you’re spending the hours God has already given you. Building on last week’s Mind Mapping exercise, you’ll learn how to conduct a Faith-Based Time Audit that reveals hidden time drains, clarifies your true priorities, and helps you realign your schedule with your purpose. This isn’t hustle. This is holy stewardship — a practical and prayerful approach to managing your minutes so your days reflect what truly matters. ✨ In This Episode, You’ll Discover How to complete a simple Time Audit that uncovers where your day is really going. How to categorize your activities. The faith-centered filter question that brings instant clarity. How to prayerfully decide what to delegate, simplify, or surrender - although more on that next week. 🧭 Next Step 🕰️ Ready to put this into practice?Grab your Done-for-You Mind Map + Time Audit Printables when you sign up for Kristina’s newsletter.
