Will Joe Flacco start on Sunday? (And why isn't Kevin Stefanski saying?)

Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski wouldn't name his starting quarterback on Wednesday, but all signs continue pointing towards Joe Flacco making his second start on Sunday against Jacksonville. Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe start Thursday's Orange and Brown Talk Podcast by talking Flacco and why Stefanski didn't name a starting quarterback on Wednesday. Is it a foregone conclusion that Flacco will start? Then they talk Trevor Lawrence and if they believe he will play through his ankle sprain when the Jaguars visit on Sunday. They wrap up the podcast by going through some of the injuries the Browns are dealing with and the good and bad news on some of them.
