What's next for the Browns and a potential new stadium?

Cleveland City Councilman Brian Kazy inserted himself and city council into the Browns stadium discussions on Monday, invoking the "Art Modell Law" in calling for the Browns to remain in Cleveland. Last week, Dee and Jimmy Haslam took their turn to discuss their options when it comes to either updating or replacing Cleveland Browns Stadium. Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe discussed the Browns' stadium options on Monday's Orange and Brown Talk Podcast. They talked about the "Art Modell Law" and why it's coming up and how it might be used. They also talk about a potential move to Brook Park and if it really matters if the Browns are within the city limits of Cleveland or a few minutes outside of city limits.
