How will Myles Garrett and Za'Darius Smith mesh? Orange and Brown Talk storylines

The Browns defensive line looks very different this season, in large part because of their recent acquisition of pass rusher Za’Darius Smith. That’s where Mary Kay Cabot and Dan Labbe start as they continue their look at potential 2023 storylines. How will Smith and Myles Garrett mesh in Jim Schwartz’s defensive scheme and how will they manage to wreak havoc on NFL quarterbacks? They also discuss expectations for wide receiver Elijah Moore before they dive into the secondary and who will and won’t play in the slot this season. They spend time discussing David Bell’s role in the offense, too, and Juan Thornhill’s impact on the defense. Want to get involved in Football Insider? Click here for more info and to sign up.
